Generic Management Qualifications
If you are looking for a qualification that covers all aspects of management and leadership, one of our general courses would be most suitable:
CMI Level 3 - Principles of Management & Leadership (RQF)
Available as an award, certificate or diploma, the level 3 qualification is aimed at individuals in a team lead or supervisory capacity who aspire to higher managerial and leadership roles. Some core areas of focus include: managing team performance, stakeholder engagement and relationship building, problem-solving and communication.

CMI Level 5 - Management & Leadership (RQF)
Available as an award, certificate, diploma or extended diploma, the level 5 qualification is aimed at individuals in a middle management or department head capacity, or who are aspiring to step up to these roles. Along with some of the topics and areas focused on at level 3, the level 5 course will also focus on project and change management.

CMI Level 7 - Strategic Management & Leadership Practice (RQF)
Available as an award, certificate, diploma or extended diploma, the level 7 qualification is tailored to senior leaders who are in a position to drive real change in their business or organisation. The syllabus looks in greater detail at the strategic focus needed to lead whole organisations, emphasising the importance of high-level leadership skills and their real-world applications.

CMI Level 5 - Certificate in Project Management (RQF)
Our project management qualifications take a more focused look at the skills and knowledge needed to lead projects and operate on project teams within your organisation.
